This week the complainers were hard to please but we did manage to help out one lady who was very confused about her furniture delivery, a man who left his hotel room in a terrible terrible state, a very boring man who was complaining about his truck making too much noise, one person got incredibly upset about sweet gentle Ron leaving them an innocent voicemail and one man really did not want to be billed just to get a call from us.
