Amongst this week’s crazy complainers Ron tackles a lady who has serious problems with her insurance claim, we deal with a man who got his bank card locked for ordering porn, we somehow manage to turn a compliment into a raging complaint, we get a huge complaint just because some lady accidentally books the wrong flight and somehow that’s our problem, Ron has to close the office door on a raging Karen who just wanted special treatment for herself and on top of all this we try and fail to get Belfast a sponsor in some random Zoom meetings.
