Don’t worry though as this week we have a fresh new look, a bunch of new technical problems and some crazy new characters. We’re also forced to deal with an ATT customer who acidentally cancelled all of his lines, a silly woman who didn’t know how to work her TV, a man with a tragically broken washer, a very irate man who accidentally gave all his money to his mortgage company, a lady with a bad credit rating, a man who spent too much on his mattress, Scoby gets into another argument about sportsball and our old friends at Comcast really mess things up again.
