This week one man has a good grumble about his coffee rewards program, one lady is happy to give us her entire shopping list and then she goes and really messes up a food addicts meeting, scoby gets into another terrible crash due to the record breaking polar vortex that is happening, one man gets very upset when you mention his name or his voice for some reason, one lady gets very upset at the implication that she might be a bit thick and to cap things off we attended a virtual in person meeting that we were differently welcomed to, and lots more too! Record Breaking Polar Vortex Sure was a hard week for the complainers this week. Everyone seems to be all tense and angry for some reason. I think the record breaking polar vortex might be to blame. For example one lady becomes very confused and agitated about purchasing soda at the dollar store, one man says some very mean things to us all, one lady does not like anything at all about the experience of flying but will never go elsewhere, one man has a terrible time with gas whilst trying to board his plane, one man completely loses his temper over the record breaking polcar vortex and one man decides to actually choose another airline in the end. We also attended some very important meetings, despite being differently welcomed, and lots more too! Anglo-Saxon Hairs I still can’t believe where this show name came from. You really can’t make it up. This week Ron has to deal with some real serious winners including a man who spends way too much time in hotels, a man who’s package just vanished, a couple who got very angry because they couldn’t say the name of their dog, Scoby’s drinking problem resurfaces during a diffiult delivery scenario, one lady has a meltdown over the amount of ketchup she got and Ron and Bob get very frustrated when trying to help an old man setup his delivery preferences.
