This time we had a lady trying to put clothes on her cats before sending them back to North Korea, a furious couple who refused to clean their own hotel room, a drug addled maniac who robbed a garage for a points card, some cigarettes and a pickle and yet another darn Canadian who just refused to get angry at all, plus many many other great calls. We also caused chaos on a conference call with some surprising results and generally had a great deal of fun as usual. We had to bring in a team of top scientist from NASA and SpaceX to decipher one lady’s complaint and we even helped cellphone customer to set up their voicemail properly. I never understand why some people seem so ungrateful when we go to such lengths to help but we promise to keep on trying.
