Time for another Monday with Macron and this week Ron, Ray, DS, Smizzy and Brent take on even more complainers. This time we deal with a whole host of problems over at the Shake Shack, we try our very best to help an Apple customer who we forcibly downgraded to an older version of iOS, we get a stern telling off after the owner of a company hears us bad mouthing his staff, we cause mayhem for a Golden Corral customer and Ron gets to tell off some nerd who is complaining about his games.
