Here we go again, Ron is back to doing battle with some serious Karens this week, we clutch at straws to get the sugar water guy back (stay tuned to YouTube for that) we also have to charge another man for calling him about his sportswear, we meet a cool guy in a band who is way too chilled out to fight us, one lady is very upset about her pilot refusing to fly in the dark, Chumley gets a free bed, one man is real upset about his packages not being left in the right place, one man really doesn’t like us playing video games whilst trying to fix his broken fridge and one person attempts to make a compliment about their cruise but it goes horribly wrong.
