Happy Canada Day everyone! It’s probably a hot one where you are, it certainly is here. Some of the staff are even on vacation this week, we are too good to them. Despite all the celebrations Ron still manages to get into a terrible argument with a lady who simply couldn’t get enough comfort on her flight, we have to tangle with a racist man who has a girls name, one man starts making some serious threats over a 2 hour delay, one lady is completely outraged that her delivery company left her package outside her house, one lady has a long and difficult struggle with our brand new AI verification system and we also caused complete chaos in a bunch of meetings too.
