This week Ron meets a lady who changed her mind about wasting money on an expensive sucker, a man who bought a used hair dryer as a Christmas gift, a man who got banned from renting cars because of all his smoking and abusing, a man who really didn’t want Chumley’s custom upgrades, a lady with a faulty jacket who really did not like all our crazy suggestions for replacements, a lady who was denied a rental car for no good reason and a man who refused to answer our security questions even though they were perfectly reasonable!
