This week Ron calls a man to have a scary conversation about sportsball, Ron has a lengthy conversation with a total nerd who was trying to do illegal things online, we deal with a man who has serious problems with his delivery driver and his racist son, we meet a very angry Italian man who is not happy with his airline, a lady who is terrified by the mere thought of going to other cities, we deal with an actual lady driver who made a real Halloween mess of her rental car and one man doesn’t seem to understand that he needs to return his rental car. This week Ron from the corporate office has to deal with a very angry airline passenger who for some reason does not like accepting $11 in compensation but wants to fight about it on the phone for a really long time, a man who booked a hotel in Isreal and was not happy with the conditions there and again wanted to do battle for a very long time about getting some kind of compensation for this and then in a sight to behold Ron actually drops and entire album of brand new songs on an unsuspecting lady whilst putting her on hold.
